Description

All cards are handmade using images of artwork. They are 4″ x 6″ and come with a A6 envelope. Each card is blank to be suited for any occasion. An individual card is $5 (+ $3 shipping for the package), or you can purchase your own mix-and-match selection for a discount.

Looking over a blanket of fresh snow – before it turns into muddy roadside sludge or hardened ice bricks – is one of the most peaceful feelings. It won’t be long before the surface is marred by footprints or melted indentations, but in the meantime you are able to sit in the stillness. For me, the enjoyment of this experience requires also being warm and cozy indoors and having no obligation to venture anywhere, but to each their own. Add in a candle and hot beverage, and there isn’t much better.

This artwork was made with 40 colors of embroidery floss. Individual pieces were glued to the background surface one by one and pushed into place with tiny scissors and an X-acto knife.
