All cards are handmade using images of artwork. They are 4″ x 6″ and come with a A6 envelope. Each card is blank to be suited for any occasion. An individual card is $5 (+ $3 shipping for the package), or you can purchase your own mix-and-match selection for a discount.

This “Landmark of a Beginning” card is also available as part of the “In the Woods” card pack.

When my now-husband proposed to me at the Japanese Garden in Portland, OR I knew that I had to use this as inspiration for an art piece. What better to symbolize this moment than the signature Japanese maple tree at the garden? When choosing my medium, I wanted something that would have enough variety to show the various oranges and reds in the tree, but that was also portable. This project was mainly completed during my lunch breaks over several months.

This artwork was made using colored pencils. The dots were so small, that I spent more time sharpening the pencils to get a crisp enough point than I did actually making marks on the paper.
