“Shine in a Snow Globe” paper prints are available in one size – 8″ x 10″ ($20 + $3 shipping). These prints are created on archival textured fine art paper with archival inks that should last 100 years with proper care.

In general, I am not a fan of snow. It is cold, wet, makes getting around difficult, and can get dangerously icy. However, the days leading up to Christmas when the air is abuzz with festivity is the exception for me. When we are blanketed in a fresh coating of snow, with beautiful thick flakes falling among the Christmas lights and evergreen trees, there is a peaceful anticipation unique to that precious time of the year.

This artwork was made with 39 different fabrics that were cut up into individual shapes and layered with glue.
