Description

All cards are handmade using images of artwork. They are 4″ x 6″ and come with a A6 envelope. Each card is blank to be suited for any occasion. An individual card is $5 (+ $3 shipping for the package), or you can purchase your own mix-and-match selection for a discount.

This piece was inspired by a scene that I stumbled on outside of one of those fancy homes on a luxury home tour. It is not uncommon for a new multi-million dollar home to be plunked in the middle of a wooded field that hasn’t been developed yet. I enjoyed this beautiful little untamed landscape that was steps from a meticulously crafted mansion.

This artwork was made with 71 colors of embroidery floss. Individual pieces were glued to the background surface one by one and pushed into place with tiny scissors and an X-acto knife.
